The Recruitment Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting hiring for our fast paced beverage manufacturing operations. This entry level role is designed to develop into a more senior recruiting position over time, offering hands on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a dynamic environment, stays organized under pressure, and brings strong personal drive to every task. This position ensures a smooth, efficient, and candidate friendly recruitment process while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment pipelines for nonexempt roles
- Coordinate interviews and hiring steps across multiple shifts and locations
- Maintain ATS accuracy and compliance with timely updates and documentation
- Post and refresh job ads across job boards, social platforms, and community channels
- Support sourcing efforts by identifying candidates through job boards, referrals, and local outreach
- Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a positive experience and reduce drop off
- Manage the temp to perm conversion workflow
- Prepare and extend offers for approved candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Excellent communication abilities across candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Self driven work style with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems
- Thrives in fast paced environments with shifting priorities
- Detail oriented and process minded
- 1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and comfort learning new systems, Dayforce preferred
- Experience in high volume recruiting preferred
