Responsibilities

• Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Support catering events by preparing ingredients, setting up stations, and serving guests efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and support a fine dining atmosphere when applicable
• Participate in food preparation activities such as chopping, cooking, plating, and portioning to meet quality standards

Skills

• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for diverse menus
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
• Experience in menu planning and catering services to accommodate various dietary needs
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
