Business System Analyst

We're looking for someone analytical, resourceful, and confident working independently. You should be proactive, feel comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and suggesting improvements. In this role, you'll support our internal systems, working closely with our Tech Lead to ensure our technology evolves with the business. Your contributions will directly improve data quality, system reliability, and pipeline efficiency across the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end system requirements from internal stakeholders

• Gather and analyze business needs, interview business teams, prepare use cases, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate insights into functional requirements.

• Bridge the gap between business / operation teams and the technical team.

• Collaborate with technical team to ensure alignment with the business needs.

• Perform functional testing on the implemented features (Pre Deployment & Post Deployment).

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and gather feedback.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Salesforce user.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with databases.
