What You'll Be Doing

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities
• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bathroom needs
• Engage clients in activities: walking, reading, games, computer projects
• Prepare meals and assist with cleanup
• Follow client routines and IPP plans
• Transport clients using company vehicles (if needed)

Qualifications
Required

• DSP I & II certifications
• 3+ years experience with developmental or mental health disabilities
• Valid driver's license
• Age 21+ with clean driving record (no more than 2 points in 3 years)
• Willing to complete RBT certification within 12 months

Preferred

• CPR/First Aid
• CPI certification

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work indoors/outdoors in all weather

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check
• Physical exam
• All compliance screenings

Work Location

• One on-site location
• No remote work
