Ready to make an impact on a global scale? GP Strategies is looking for a dynamic Learning / Training / LMS Coordinator to support one of our major global clients. You'll play a key role in powering world class learning experiences, elevating digital training programs, and ensuring seamless execution across a global workforce.
This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of collaboration and flexibility. Join us on-site Tuesday through Thursday in Foster City, CA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
- Become the engine behind engaging, high-performing learning programs. In this role, you will:
- Bring Training Programs to Life
- Drive the coordination and logistics for Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
- Own LXP & LMS administration, ensuring smooth operations and consistent processes.
- Build detailed work plans that track milestones, budgets, and progress.
- Be a Trusted Partner
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and global business partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee purchase orders, and track budget spend.
- Support digital learning solution rollouts and improvements.
Make Data Your Superpower
- Perform data analysis and generate reporting that fuels strategic learning decisions.
- Conduct research and provide consultative insights to global L&D teams.
- Build LinkedIn Learning paths and analyze usage trends.
- Create Seamless Learning Experiences
- Support 360Learning (360L) and SuccessFactors LMS: enroll learners, track engagement, troubleshoot issues, and maintain content.
- Coordinate VILT and in person training schedules with internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the Zoom producer for virtual programs.
- Prepare rooms, materials, and on-site logistics for in-person training in Foster City.
- Keep Everything Running Smoothly
- Respond to service tickets and act as the point of escalation for LMS questions.
- Manage exceptions for learner eligibility and support assessment reporting.
- Partner with Procurement, IT, and Legal to onboard new vendors and manage renewals.
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Background in coordinating learning programs and managing course schedules
- Experience with SuccessFactors or comparable Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with 360Learning or other Learning Experience Platforms (preferred)
- Strong data analysis, visualization, and data management skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive
- Extremely detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms, processes, and tools
