About
Join our centralized accounting team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. As an Accounting Clerk, you'll support the daily accounting functions of a dynamic automotive group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in every task.
What You'll Do
- Process Transactions – Accurately enter invoices, payments, and financial data into accounting systems including performing compliance on all incoming car deals.
- Reconcile Accounts – Verify and balance accounts to maintain financial accuracy and post car deals in the General Ledger.
- Assist with Month-End Close – Support reporting, journal entries, and financial reconciliations.
- Maintain Records – Organize and manage financial documents for compliance and auditing, including check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Support the Team – Assist with various accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate Effectively – Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
