Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining Iexperience. Experience with Toast POS systems, fine dining service, and food industry standards is highly valued. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Clear tables promptly and assist with bussing as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and restaurant promotions
• Assist in setting up dining areas for service and closing duties

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or OpenTable is a plus
• Experience in guest relations, serving, bussing, or host/host roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices required
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for bill calculation and cash handling
• Culinary experience or kitchen background can be beneficial but not mandatory
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
