We provide personal training and sports performance training exclusively in a small group setting and 1:1. We help athletes (grades 3rd–12th & College) get faster, stronger, and more confident, as well as adults ages 40–65+ build durable strength for life. And we do it as a family-owned, community-first brand with a proven system, expert coaching, and a culture where careers actually grow.

Your Role: What You'll Do

As a PowerStrength Trainer, you'll be at the heart of our member experience. You will:

  • Coach 18–28 training sessions/week in a dynamic, small-group environment
  • Contribute 5–12 hours/week to team meetings, professional development, and member services
  • Deliver high-energy, professional training tailored to each client's goals
  • Modify programs for athletes and adults across skill levels and needs
  • Build strong client relationships, accountability, and long-term success
  • Motivate members while upholding high standards of safety and service
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure every session delivers a premium experience

What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience: 1–2+ years in personal training, sports performance, or strength & conditioning (preferred)
  • Education/Certifications: Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (required); Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science (preferred)
  • Character: Professionalism, integrity, reliability, and accountability
  • Coaching Skills: Confident communicator with a passion for motivating and connecting with clients
  • Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
  • Team Spirit: Thrives in a supportive, collaborative, high-performance environment
