About Haven Landing
Haven Landing, operated under its parent company Pomelo Properties LLC, is seeking an experienced Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and supervision for Medicaid-funded ABA services in Florida. This role is ideal for BCBAs who prefer focused, high-impact clinical work without in-home travel or direct therapy delivery.
The position centers on treatment planning, RBT supervision, documentation, and compliance. It does not include hands-on session delivery or in-home therapy.
Overview
This is structured, intentional clinical work. Most of your time will be spent:
- Reviewing client data and behavior plans
- Conducting assessments and updating treatment plans
- Providing remote clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Completing Medicaid-required documentation
- Participating in brief, purposeful virtual check-ins as needed
This is not a meeting-heavy role and does not involve micromanagement or travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide remote clinical supervision to RBTs
- Review session data and ensure treatment fidelity
- Maintain timely, accurate, and Medicaid-compliant documentation
- Communicate clinical updates and concerns appropriately
Schedule and Flexibility
- Remote (Florida Medicaid)
- Full-time or part-time based on caseload and regional demand
- Flexible scheduling within Medicaid requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Eligible to bill Florida Medicaid
- Medicaid-cleared or able to complete required clearances within 30 days
- Strong written communication and documentation skills
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
