Are you a caring and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
looking for flexibility, connection, and impact? We're expanding our
outpatient and in-home therapy services
and are seeking talented clinicians to provide
speech therapy in the child's natural environment
—their home
As part of our growing network with
15 outpatient locations
, you'll join a team that provides the
full spectrum of pediatric care
—from the
NICU to clinic-based, school-based, and in-home services
. This position is ideal for an SLP who loves one-on-one care, collaboration, and seeing real progress where it matters most.

What You'll Do
- Provide speech, language, and feeding therapy within the home setting to support functional communication and development in natural environments.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to create personalized treatment plans.
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with professional and company standards.
- Work with children across a variety of ages and diagnoses—from early intervention through school-age.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
