We're looking for an early-riser and motivated Baker to help create the fresh doughnuts and buns that our guests love.

As a Baker at Hero Doughnuts, you'll start the day by preparing doughs, fillings, and glazes that bring our menu to life. You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent quality, managing food safety, and keeping the bakery running smoothly. From mixing and shaping to baking and finishing, your work will directly shape the guest experience.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, enjoys early mornings, and takes pride in producing fresh, delicious baked goods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Previous baking or culinary experience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Open the bakery and prepare doughs, fillings, and glazes
• Fry and finish doughnuts, bake buns and loaves according to recipes and standards
• Monitor food quality and consistency throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety practices in the bakery
• Assist with managing food cost, reducing waste, and supporting training efforts
