Position Details

    Hybrid – Fort Worth, TX 76155
  • Onsite required Tuesday through Thursday
  • Pay Rate:
    $61.80/hour (W2)

About the Role

We are seeking a
Digital Analytics Implementation Analyst
to join the
Customer Intelligence Division
within a
Digital Analytics Implementation Team
. This role is responsible for ensuring
accurate digital data collection
, maintaining
tag management systems
, and preserving the
integrity of analytics data
across web and mobile platforms.

Required Qualifications

Top Skillsets & Experience (2–3+ years):

  • Experience with
    data layer implementation
    and tag management tools such as
    Tealium
    or similar platforms
  • Strong expertise in
    Adobe Analytics
    (web and native app), including data collection mapping, data feeds, and issue analysis
  • Proven experience in
    data validation
    , identifying tagging issues, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    (Product Owners, engineering teams, vendors) to define analytics requirements and implement tracking solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of
    digital analytics tools
    (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc.)
  • Design, implement, and enhance
    data layer structures
    for web and mobile applications
  • Partner with product owners, engineers, and vendors to define
    analytics requirements and tracking strategies
  • Perform
    QA and validation
    to ensure analytics data accuracy and reliability
  • Configure
    marketing pixels
    , manage analytics dashboards, classifications, and custom metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define
    KPIs
    and deliver insights that improve the digital customer experience
  • Maintain thorough
    documentation
    for implementation processes and measurement strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve
    data collection efficiency
    and support data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a
    quantitative or technical field
  • Knowledge of
    iOS and Android SDKs
    for mobile analytics tracking
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON
  • Experience with
    SQL
    and
    Agile
    development environments
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
