Embody Health Texas is a growing, integrative women's health practice focused on personalized, evidence-based care. We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care, women's health, hormone replacement therapy, and weight management who is confident practicing independently in a private clinic setting.

Position Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who:

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in a private practice setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate, prescribe, and manage hormone replacement therapy
• Provide women's health services, including menopause and wellness care
• Manage medical weight loss programs
• Interpret labs and diagnostics and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and support long-term health goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification (FNP preferred)
• Strong background in primary care and women's health
• Experience or strong interest in hormone therapy and weight loss
• Comfortable practicing independently in a private clinic environment
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
