About

Blue Matter is seeking an Operations Manager to support our Blue Matter Insights (BMI) division. We are looking for a smart, structured, and fun personality to enable the smooth operation of our daily business and foster a warm and friendly culture.

Primary Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities of the Operations Manager will include, but are not limited to the following:

Global Team Operations & Administration

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate monthly/quarterly global all-hands staff meetings across US and India locations, including time zone coordination, content creation, technology logistics, and follow-up action items
  • Manage comprehensive onboarding & offboarding programs
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, team building activities, and culture-building programs that work effectively across US and India time zones and cultural contexts
  • Track team milestones and coordinate employee recognition program

Talent Management & Development

  • Schedule and coordinate interview processes, manage candidate pipelines, and support hiring decisions across all levels
  • Coordinate visa-related documentation in conjunction with HR Team
  • Support training program coordination and logistics
  • Manage performance planning process as support person, coordinating timelines, templates, and communications

Event Management & Communications

  • Execute end-to-end planning of team offsites, including venue selection, content development, logistics management, and budget oversight
  • Manage regular team communications, newsletters, and cross-team updates
  • Conference organization and management, association engagement

Global Financial & Operational Management

  • Oversee and process team expenses, travel reimbursements, and operational expenditures
  • Develop familiarity with Blue Matter's IT suite and provide basic IT troubleshooting and guidance to team
  • Handle setup and maintenance of various software platforms and maintain email distribution lists
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity, generate reports, and support sales operations across global delivery teams
  • Track data compliance requirements and generate reports

Desired Experience and Skills

  • 4-year college degree
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely tech-savvy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a MUST
  • Ability to quickly build proficiency in other programs
  • Passionate, curious and open-minded personality with proactive approach to anticipating the needs of our team

Our Offer

  • Compensation: Base salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. Generous incentive compensation structure.
