CDL Class A Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transportation and a commitment to providing safe, reliable service to passengers. This role involves driving school buses while ensuring the safety and comfort of all riders.

Requirements

• Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States as required by federal law.
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
• Passenger endorsement required
• Experience in bus driving or van driving is preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate buses on designated routes, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Operate a passenger bus safely while adhering to DOT and company policies.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to ensure vehicle reliability.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $350.00 per day
