Overview
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. Duties

  • Lead the planning and execution of innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, emphasizing fine dining quality.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards to uphold regulatory compliance and protect guest health.
  • Oversee shift management, including staffing schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
  • Collaborate with general manager to develop menus that reflect current trends while maintaining operational feasibility.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and control costs through effective purchasing strategies.

Skills

  • Extensive culinary experience with a focus on seafood.
  • Proven supervising experience in fast-paced kitchen settings with strong team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
  • Strong background in menu planning, food production, and kitchen management techniques.
  • Experience with inventory management, cost control, and procurement processes within the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse teams under pressure.
  • Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities such as shift scheduling, training, and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in food service management systems and inventory control tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $60,000.00 per year
