Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and customer service to foster guest relations and promote a welcoming environment

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, hotel management systems, and night audit processes
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Passion for hospitality, with a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences through attentive service

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
