We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. This pivotal role involves supervising on-site activities, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
• Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions.
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and perform construction estimating to stay within financial parameters.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure clarity and adherence to scope.
• Conduct quality control inspections; ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and HeavyBid for cost estimating when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, incident logs, and safety documentation.

Skills

• Proven experience supervising construction sites with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
• Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with contracts management and project scheduling methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including heavy equipment operation when necessary.
