Site Supervisor

At Kevin Cradock Builders, our success as craftspeople depends on well-organized, well-managed project teams. We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent who can support our team's capacity for accurate, timely work while helping to build a safe, happy, diverse and inclusive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with multiple teams to achieve shared goals, along with meaningful experience as a carpenter.

We are looking to hire one site Superintendent to start in January 2026, and possibly another to start in April 2026. Our offices are in Hyde Park, Boston, MA. Our jobs tend to be within 45 minutes of Hyde Park, typically in Boston or surrounding suburbs. You would not be working in Hyde Park, rather you would be where the jobs require you to be.

Job title: Site Superintendent

Reports to: Project Manager and KCB Operations Manager

• Supervise and coordinate all work on your site
• Ensure your project site is at Baseline or better: safe, clean, organized and with high morale
• Supervise safety for the entire job site
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project design, specifications, budget and schedule
• Conduct weekly status reviews to update in-progress project knowledge
• Develop & track project progress against schedule
• Supervise KCB crews at the site
• Supervise trade partners at the site
• Direct, coordinate and schedule subcontractors' work at the site
• Maintain control of material ordering schedule, storage and onsite inventory
• Responsible for Quality Control on all work performed at the project site
• Engage, resolve and close issues that arise at the project

• Manage and complete assigned project documentation

• 3-5 years' experience as Site Super or Lead on projects exceeding $1M value

• Computer skills: email, spreadsheet management, personal task management
• Organizational, scheduling and time-management skills: is able to generate flow on a project
• Familiarity with all normally-encountered residential systems e.g. MEP, integration
• Valid MA driver's license and personal work vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, or climb for extended periods of time

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• MA CSL, unrestricted

• RRP Lead Certification

• OSHA 30

• Experience with Procore or comparable software

• Experience with Smartsheet or comparable softward
• Consistent, effective personal task management process
• Hands-on experience as a professional carpenter or woodworker

• Familiarity with the concepts laid out in "Elevating Construction Superintendents" by Jason Schroeder

Pay: $85, $92,000.00 per year
