Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year + Monthly Bonus + End-of-Year Bonus
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time (Approx. 45 hours/week) | One weekend day required each week

What You'll Do

• Lead your team with integrity, empathy, and accountability.
• Oversee daily center operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences every time.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates and wax specialists to reach their full potential.
• Manage key business metrics including sales, payroll, and guest/associate retention.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent who embody EWC values.
• Partner with district leadership to drive performance and center growth.

Training & Development

Our managers go through a comprehensive 90-day training program focused on leadership, business operations, and guest experience. You'll also have access to ongoing professional development and mentorship throughout your EWC career.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience (beauty, retail, or salon industry preferred)

Our Interview Process

We believe in making our interview process transparent and meaningful, so you'll know exactly what to expect every step of the way:

• Phone Screen (15–30 minutes): A quick call to get to know you, discuss your experience, and explore what excites you about joining EWC.
• First Interview (In-Person): Conducted with the District Manager or Senior Management Team. You'll also have the chance to meet the team and observe the center in action.
• Final Interview (Virtual or In-Person, 30–60 minutes): A deeper conversation with either a panel of Senior Managers or a member of the Senior Management Team, focused on leadership philosophy, culture fit, and next steps.
