We are seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and service tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade, develop new skills, and advance your career in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Support senior technicians with daily tasks and projects
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
Ensure work is completed to code and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong willingness to learn
Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus, but not required
