We are seeking a motivated and reliable HVAC Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with HVAC installations, maintenance, and service tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems

• Support senior technicians with daily tasks and projects

• Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues

• Ensure work is completed to code and in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong willingness to learn

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and tight spaces

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus, but not required
