Laundry/Housekeeping

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Laundry/Housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and ensure the proper handling of linens and clothing in a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in laundry operations and cleaning procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to guests. Duties

• Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and dry cleaning machines to process linens, towels, and guest clothing
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas
• Handle special cleaning requests and ensure all items are cleaned according to hotel standards
• Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning materials
• Ensure proper storage and organization of cleaned items for easy access
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed to support overall hotel operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of laundry techniques including dry cleaning is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving items throughout shifts
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; weekend availability is a plus
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals
