Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and finished goods.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
