You will work closely with the warehouse management to coordinate shipping schedules, verify order contents, and prepare necessary shipping documents. Responsibilities:
- Accurately document and process all outgoing shipments.
- Verify order contents against shipping manifests.
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers for shipment pickups.
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping area.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment status.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role preferred.
- Familiarity with shipping software and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
