Join our vibrant warehouse team as a Picker/Packer in Houston, Texas! This role is fundamental to our distribution process, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment, playing a crucial part in our daily logistics operations. We are looking for individuals who are efficient, detail-oriented, and prioritize safety in all their tasks. Your accuracy and speed directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our supply chain. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick tickets.
- Carefully and efficiently packing products into appropriate shipping materials.
- Ensuring the correct items and quantities are packed for each order.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing packages for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilizing all mandatory PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
- Performing tasks that require physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
