About
We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanning devices, carefully packing these items into appropriate shipping containers, and preparing them for shipment. Your role is crucial to our overall logistics operations. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking products based on customer orders and RF scanner.
- Packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verifying order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Labeling packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and quality.
- Proper use of all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and closed-toe shoes.
- Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking shelves or cycle counts.
