Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment according to company standards.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and Safe work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and following all established guidelines.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
