Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and verification.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and placement of all inventory items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Inspect equipment regularly and report any defects or needed maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
  • Perform other material handling tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a Material Handler role or similar warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to handle significant physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
  • Experience with various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and logistics operations.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
