Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stage incoming and outgoing materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and verification.
- Ensure accurate labeling and placement of all inventory items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety regulations and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Inspect equipment regularly and report any defects or needed maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets.
- Perform other material handling tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Material Handler role or similar warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to handle significant physical demands, including frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Experience with various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and logistics operations.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
