An exciting opportunity awaits an Inventory Control Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa! We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. Your responsibilities will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy. This role is pivotal to our logistics operations, ensuring that we have the right products available at the right time. You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to uphold high standards of inventory management. We are committed to a safe work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. While not the primary focus, occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs may be required during audits.
