Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the distribution center.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
  • Accurately pick orders based on pick lists and customer requirements.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Contribute to a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and procedures within a warehouse setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
