Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and order lists.
- Inspect items for quality and correctness before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently according to shipping standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to outgoing packages.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy targets for order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and utilizing proper PPE.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and efficient logistics flow.
- Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Capacity to work efficiently and maintain a brisk pace in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to wearing appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
