Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics operations in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock inventory in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support the overall logistics function.
Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics flow.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
  • Awareness of safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
