Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Perform other assigned duties to support the overall logistics function.
- Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Awareness of safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
