Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic understanding of inventory management principles. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
