Responsibilities:
- Retrieve correct items from warehouse locations based on pick lists or RF scanner.
- Verify product information against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package products carefully to ensure they arrive at their destination in excellent condition.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing transportation.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards, following all safety protocols.
- Use provided PPE diligently.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team performance objectives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
