Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications using RF scanners.
- Ensure correct items and quantities are selected for each order.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to Safety standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damage promptly.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE diligently.
- Meet or exceed daily picking productivity goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company guidelines related to Logistics and order processing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 45 pounds.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic warehouse setting.
- Must be a team player with good communication abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety protocols.
- Understanding of basic Logistics concepts is a plus.
