This critical role is at the heart of our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking specific items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications, verifying quantities and product codes, and then carefully packaging these items for safe shipment. You will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following all established safety procedures. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable to ensure your well-being in our fast-paced setting. This position requires physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 45 pounds consistently. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. Accuracy and speed are key as you contribute to our overall logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
