Forklift Operator

We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our bustling warehouse facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this essential role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth flow of inventory, from receiving to dispatch. Your primary duties will involve the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stack, and organize a variety of goods. A strong commitment to workplace safety is a must, as you will be expected to rigorously follow all protocols and wear the necessary PPE . Daily equipment checks are also a crucial part of this position to ensure operational readiness and prevent accidents. • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Load and unload shipments accurately.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Contribute to a clean and orderly warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed.

• Certified Forklift Operator with a minimum of X years of experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and Logistics best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Physical stamina for tasks including Lifting and prolonged standing.
• Demonstrated commitment to Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
