Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in Richmond, Virginia! This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a wide range of tasks to keep our warehouse running smoothly. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Our warehouse environment is dynamic and requires individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and can work efficiently to meet demands. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; all associates must follow safety procedures diligently and utilize the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of items up to 45 pounds. You will work closely with your team to ensure operational goals are met and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Put away stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick orders based on customer requirements using RF scanners.
  • Pack products securely for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and use designated PPE.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform duties requiring frequent lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
