Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify picked items against order requirements, ensuring accuracy.
- Prepare picked items for consolidation and shipping.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Meet established productivity standards for picking.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
