Job Summary:
We have an exciting opening for a Warehouse Worker in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility! This role is critical to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be involved in a wide range of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Properly use and maintain all assigned PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and material handling principles.
  • Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
