We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our busy warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas! This role is essential to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to dispatching finished orders. You'll work in a fast-paced environment that demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety . This is a hands-on role critical to our logistics success. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using scanners or pick lists.
- Packing products securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verifying order details and product counts for accuracy.
- Labeling packages correctly for domestic and international shipments.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and contributing to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety standards.
- Using required PPE , such as gloves and eye protection, as needed.
- Assisting with receiving, stocking, and inventory control tasks.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and perform moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
