About
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage and train warehouse staff, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products, optimizing space utilization, implementing operational policies and procedures, and maintaining a high standard of inventory accuracy. You will play a key role in the overall Logistics strategy of our company. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety throughout the warehouse. This includes enforcing the proper use of PPE and conducting regular safety training. While supervisory in nature, you may occasionally need to assist with tasks requiring physical effort, including Lifting up to 50 pounds.
