We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate for our expanding logistics center in San Antonio, Texas! In this role, you will be a key contributor to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking items, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will work within a dynamic team environment, focusing on efficiency and maintaining high standards of Safety. We provide thorough training, including on proper lifting techniques and the correct use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing freight.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking, packing, or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using scanning devices and inventory systems.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
