About
We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our team in Sacramento, California. As a Picker/Packer, you will be at the heart of our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. Your primary duties will involve locating specific items within the warehouse, carefully picking them from shelves, and then meticulously packing them according to established standards. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in this role to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is essential for both efficiency and safety. You will be required to follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves physical activity, including significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily picking and packing quotas and contribute to the overall smooth operation of our logistics hub.
