About
Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator for our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other machinery to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This position is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. You will be involved in loading and unloading trucks, moving materials to and from production areas or storage, and assisting with inventory management. A paramount focus is placed on Safety, and all operators must adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE. This role requires a valid forklift certification and proven experience. The ability to operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently is essential. You will also perform routine checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order. Tasks may involve significant Lifting and require careful maneuvering of heavy loads. Attention to detail is crucial for accurate inventory placement and tracking. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and possess strong spatial awareness. Opportunities for training and development are available. This is a key position within our logistics chain, demanding precision and responsibility. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Understanding of warehouse layout and optimal storage practices is a plus. Compliance with all company policies, especially those related to Safety and the use of PPE, is mandatory. Manual Lifting may be required for certain tasks.
