We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse in Des Moines, Iowa. In this essential logistics role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials to and from production or storage areas, and assisting with inventory management and cycle counts. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, with a strong emphasis on safety, is paramount. You must adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures. This position requires attention to detail, good spatial awareness, and the ability to lift and maneuver materials as needed.
