Join the team striving to be best at our plant in Cincinnati, OH as a Multi-craft Maintenance Technician. This is a night shift: 7pm - 7am, with a 3-day weekend every other weekend! The pay for this position is $33.85 per hour with room for growth . You’ll help us achieve our safety goals by proactively accessing your environment and attending to electrical issues or concerns. You’ll lead as you share your knowledge of safety rules and regulatory compliance with your colleagues, making the workplace safer and more productive. Maintaining Equipment and Amplifying Your Electrical Knowledge – Alternate between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair. You will need a firm focus and understanding of industrial electrical knowledge and mechanical skills. This is a special opportunity to enhance your expertise, but you need to already be a creative problem-solver who clearly documents your learnings! Analyzing Conditions and Providing Solutions -Identify and examine production equipment failures to understand root cause analysis, with the help of interpreting schematics and drawings. We’ll rely on you to investigate and repair electrical and mechanical systems such as pneumatics, drives and hydraulics, and conveyors.
