We are expanding our *Engineering Program Management (EPM) team*, which plays a critical role in our ability to deliver complex, high-end solutions to solve our customersโ€™ problems. This role bridges technical understanding with operational execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, suppliers, and customer teams to support both high-volume production and R&D environments worldwide.

*Responsibilities*
* *Understand and define customer needs:* Meet with customers to discuss requirements, review designs, and provide potential solutions for their testing needs.
* *Define project requirements and provide ongoing technical review:* Generate requirements from customer discussions to kickoff development. Review project proposals, design documentation, and other communication before release to customer.
* *Project Management:* Partner with engineering leaders to define workplan and action items for engineering team, managing schedules and timeline and ensure meeting internal milestones. Understand project details and participate in engineering team meetings.
* *Ongoing customer communication:* In partnership with the Sales & Operations Program Manager, act as a liaison for technical issues between customer, development team and internal stakeholders to advocate for both customer and Tescom. Create presentations, review concept proposals and participate in design reviews for customers and internal stakeholders.
* *Cross-functional and leadership communication:* Provide regular updates on progress and status. Show clear and open communication and request support whenever needed. Identify risks and escalate important issues as needed. Initial projects and larger scale projects to be done in partnership.
* *Frequent travel* to customer sites, including Mexico locations
*Qualifications*
* *1~3+ years of mechanical design experience* (Test fixtures and test equipment preferred)
* *Degree in Engineering*, mechanical and industrial operations or electrical preferred
* *Proficient at using Computer Aided Design 3D tools* (Solidworks/Solid Edge preferred)
* *Bilingual in English and Korean*, professional-level English verbal and written communication, Spanish a plus.
* *Excellent *interpersonal, written and verbal *communication skills* (verbal and written) including email, high quality slide presentations, and presenting technical concepts to multi-disciplinary teams
* *Able to travel globally* to customer sites and Tescom HQ/offices
* *Detail-oriented and strong project management skills*
* *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills*
* *Comfortable working independently*, with confidence to identify and escalate issues as needed.
* *Positive, friendly and professional demeanor.* Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels, including executives and external partners. Able to manage difficult conversations (e.g., differing opinions) and show humility and self-awareness.
* *Highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities* in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
* *Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities under pressure*.
* *Flexibility to work across time zones and locations*.
* *Willingness to travel up to 20-25%,* including regular visits to the Mexico and other international locations as needed.
