About

Location : Central Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

Industry sector : SaaS / Tech Scale-up

We’re working with an exciting SaaS tech scale-up on a mission to make risk management simple, smart, and accessible.
Their platform helps organisations take control of risk without the complexity and friction of legacy GRC tools. Instead of replacing risk teams, they empower them with better visibility, streamlined workflows, and decision‑making support.
As the business continues to scale, they’re investing in the foundations that enable high performance, speed, and security across the organisation. This is a key hire and an opportunity to join at a pivotal point in their journey.
The Role This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced

Right now, IT responsibility is shared across a few people. You’ll bring focus, consistency, and momentum, taking end‑to‐end ownership of internal IT, keeping the business productive and secure as they grow quickly.
It’s a hands‑on role with real autonomy, variety, and long‑term progression, with a clear path to build an IT function and eventually a team.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for ensuring the company runs smoothly day to day, while improving the way IT works over time.

Automated onboarding and offboarding
Self‑service where it makes sense
Reducing ticket volume over time, not just reacting to it
Clear Ownership
Helping define what IT owns and where responsibility sits as the company scales
