About
Lead and manage the M&E design team through all project phases, from concept to completion Develop and implement design strategies that align with project objectives and sustainability goals Conduct design reviews, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and quality assurance Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions Monitor project progress and provide mentorship to team members, facilitating professional growth and development Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to improve design processes and practices Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or equivalent Proven experience in a managerial role within the M&E design sector Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and design practices Exceptional leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Proficiency in design software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and relevant calculation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of current building regulations and industry standards Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Full UK driver's license Benefits:
